ABOUT

I am currently affiliated with the University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre. Alongside my current role, I pursue Independent research in computational and spatial biology.

I work at the interface of cancer biology, spatial transcriptomics, tumour metabolism, and immune–microenvironment analysis. My current work focuses on pan-cancer spatial cartography, with particular interest in how metabolic programmes and immune cell states are organised across tumour tissue architecture. I use single-cell and spatial transcriptomic approaches to study how tumour, stromal, and immune compartments interact within anatomically structured niches.

I am especially interested in spatially resolved methods that move beyond cell-type cataloguing and towards mechanistic interpretation of tissue ecosystems. My broader aim is to connect computational analysis with biologically interpretable models of tumour–immune organisation.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry and an MSc in Applied Bioscience.
